Source candidates through various low fee sources
Work closely with hiring Managers to understand staffing needs, skills, knowledge and abilities necessary for each open position.
Create job descriptions
Lead the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for assigned open positions
Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting
Build networks to find qualified passive candidates
Desired Skills & Experience The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of full life cycle recruiting Experience in software/financial services a plus
Demonstrated ability to partner with clients
Excellent communication (both verbal and written)
Experience recruiting across multiple disciplines is desired Prior experience using an ATS is a plus
Work well in a team oriented environment
